Read more updates [here]( House Reveals Mayorkas Articles of Impeachment [On Sunday, the House Homeland Security Committee unveiled its articles of impeachment]( against DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. The committee will be holding a hearing on Tuesday, January 30, at 10:00 am Eastern to mark up the articles. Committee Chairman Mark Green (R-TN) will be offering an amendment to House Resolution 863, which reads, in part: That Alejandro Nicholas Mayorkas, Secretary of Homeland Security of the United States of America, is impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors, and that the following articles of impeachment be exhibited to the United States Senate: [Articles of impeachment exhibited by the House of Representatives]( of the United States of America in the name of itself and of the people of the United States of America, against Alejandro N. Mayorkas, Secretary of Homeland Security of the United States of America, in maintenance and support of its impeachment against him for high crimes and misdemeanors.
