Take it away, Gavin (emphasis, mine). Well, I think you have to deal with the cards that are dealt. You’ve got to deal with the reality on the ground. And you have to have a comprehensive conversation around this, across the spectrum, the push and the pull. And that’s around the fundamental issue, immigration reform. It’s not just border security. The president put out a comprehensive strategy, a pathway to citizenship along with lines of their former hero, Ronald Reagan, to address the reality on the ground. Wrong, Gavin. The committee will be holding a hearing on Tuesday, January 30, at 10:00 am Eastern to mark up the articles. Committee Chairman Mark Green (R-TN) will be offering an amendment to House Resolution 863, which reads, in part: That Alejandro Nicholas Mayorkas, Secretary of Homeland Security of the United States of America, is impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors, and that the following articles of impeachment be exhibited to the United States Senate: [Articles of impeachment exhibited by the House of Representatives]( of the United States of America in the name of itself and of the people of the United States of America, against Alejandro N.
