Appointed by President Lyndon B. Johnson, Marshall had a significant impact on American jurisprudence, known for his work in civil rights and his landmark victory in Brown v. Brunson, 21, who is no longer in the U.S., was practicing bomb-making in support of Armenian militant causes. Federal authorities allege that Brunson was involved in a scheme to develop explosives and promote terrorism. Following the January 2023 explosion in his dorm, which caused no injuries but damaged the building, Brunson initially claimed it was a prank gone wrong. However, subsequent investigations uncovered videos of Brunson teaching how to make explosives and evidence suggesting plans to target foreign diplomatic facilities. In August 2023, Brunson's luggage triggered explosive alarms at Boston Logan International Airport, and traces of explosive materials were found. This led to further scrutiny, revealing a notebook with a recipe for a type of explosive and videos about starting a revolutionary group. Although Brunson left the U.S. and is believed to be in Yerevan, Armenia, he faces charges for falsifying information and making false statements to federal officials. Each charge carries a maximum of five years in prison, along with other penalties.  [Read More Here]( NHL star Johnny Gaudreau and brother killed by suspected drunk driver while biking in New Jersey  NHL star Johnny Gaudreau, 31, and his brother Matthew, 29, tragically lost their lives on Thursday night in Oldmans Township, New Jersey, when they were struck by a vehicle driven by a suspected drunk driver.
