A recent Gallup poll found that just 39 percent of U.S. adults feel âextreme prideâ in being an American. To give you some perspective, thatâs down from a high of 70 percent in the aftermath of the deadly terrorist attacks on 9/11. This survey comes amid increasing political polarization. The Justice Department â which has never brought charges against a sitting president's child before â is expected to recommend a sentence of probation. "Like a hot tub": Unprecedented summer heat pushed the water temperature off the coast of Florida to an incredible 101 degrees Fahrenheit on Monday. For comparison, the average hot tub temperature is about 100-102 F, per NBC News. According to CNN, reefs in the Florida Keys have started to bleach and die off in response to the soaring temperatures, triggering an urgent rescue operation to preserve vital coral species. Health emergency: Bronny James, NBA star LeBron James's eldest son, suffered a cardiac arrest during basketball practice on Monday. Bronny, 18, who's an incoming freshman on the University of Southern California's team, was taken to the hospital. According to a family spokesman, he's now out of intensive care and in stable condition.
