A post-election bump is typical as it offers the markets certainty, but traders and investors also look braced for lighter regulations, accelerated growth, and potential inflation under his administration. Several people have been reported injured, and the county fire chief said the blaze was moving "dangerously fast.""Bushes are burning, grass is burning, hedgerows are burning, agricultural fields are burning, and structures are burning," he said. Rafael has weakened after landing in Cuba as a Category 3 hurricane. As of 2 am ET, Rafael was a Category 2 hurricane packing winds of 105 mph, and had knocked out the island's power grid.
