Kennedy Jr. is set to make a major speech in Phoenix on Friday — his first campaign event since July — at which he is expected to drop out of the presidential race. His running mate, Nicole Shanahan, recently said the duo may "join forces” with Donald Trump as a move against Kamala Harris.
