A Pakistani national named Asif Merchant has reportedly been charged with an alleged plot to assassinate Donald Trump and other officials. Though the court documents don't name Trump, multiple sources tell ABC he was one of the intended targets. Boeing workers told federal investigators that the workload was too intense to avoid mistakes in testimony about the incident when a Boeing 737 Max door plug blew off mid-flight. One told the National Transportation Safety Board they felt like the "cockroaches of the factory." Social media is driving the racially charged anti-immigration riots currently sweeping the U.K., and Elon Musk has amplified that inflammatory rhetoric. He posted “civil war is inevitable” on X — but the U.K. government said there was "no justification" for it. Former Olympian MyKayla Skinner has asked Simone Biles to stop her fans' alleged cyberbullying over her past comments about U.S. women's gymnastics. Together, these institutions graduate about half of Black doctors in the U.S., but unfortunately have underfunded endowments — and Tuesday's gift is the largest individual investment they’ve ever received. Mike Bloomberg tells us of this historic investment, “When Black patients are treated by Black doctors, in many cases they get more frequent care, more preventative care, and have better health outcomes.
