[KanbanFlow logo] New features and improvements For the past two months we have focused on improving the mobile web app for KanbanFlow. We have added filter, search and history logs. Other improvements include WIP limits for swimlanes, weekdays for repeating tasks and more. Mobile improvements Filter Need to view all tasks assigned to you? Or all green tasks? Filter is now available on our mobile app. To apply a filter, tap on Menu in the upper right corner of your board. Then tap on Filter. You can filter on user, color, due date and labels. When a filter is active, a green filter icon will show next to the board name. Tap on it to open the filter again. [Filter] Search Find the task you are looking for, even when you have 100s or 1000s of tasks on your board. You will find Search under Menu in the upper right corner of your board. Just start typing and suggestions will appear. Tap on a task to open it. To locate it on the board, tap on the three dots to the right and select Highlight. The search matches text in task names, descriptions, comments, subtasks and more. [Search] Board and task history You can now access both board and task history from our mobile app. To get an overview of what has happened to all tasks on a board, tap on Menu in the upper right corner of your board. Then tap on View history. To view history for a single task, tap on the task and open the More menu. Then tap on View history. [Task history] WIP limits for swimlanes [WIP limits for swimlanes] By limiting WIP (Work in Progress), you and your team can focus on finishing existing tasks instead of starting new tasks. By reducing multi-tasking, you will become more focused and productive. Swimlanes can be used to divide your board into horizontal lanes, for example by team or product. In addition to setting a WIP limit for an entire column, you can now set a limit for each swimlane in a column. So if you have one team per swimlane, you can now set a separate limit for each team. To set a WIP limit for a swimlane in a column, go to Administration and then click on Columns. Click Edit for the column and click Add limit for swimlane. Swimlanes can be added in our premium version. Other improvements - Time log tab: Stopwatch and Pomodoro entries can now be edited - Time log tab: Export to Excel (premium) - Repeating tasks: First or last weekday of month can now be set - Swimlanes: Maximum number of swimlanes have been raised from 10 to 20 Try Premium for Free You can try the premium version for free for 14 days. No credit card required and no obligations. [TRY PREMIUM]( You can downgrade back to the free version at any time. If you decide to continue with the premium version, the price is $5 per user and month. Questions? We are happy to help you.
