New features for KanbanFlow

[KanbanFlow logo] New features and improvements For the last two months, we have primarily focused on improving time tracking. We have added a mobile timer, a time log tab for tasks, and made it possible to see what your team is working on in real-time. We have also made other improvements. For example you can now use your initials as avatar or upload your own image. Continue reading to see all changes that have been made. Stopwatch timer on mobile app [Timer] You can now track time while on the go using the [mobile web app](. To start the timer for a task, tap on it and select Timer in the bottom toolbar. Then tap Start. To work with the board while the timer is running, simply close the detailed task view. The timer will stay fixed and running at the bottom. See what your team is working on right now [Timer avatar] You will now see timer avatars on tasks if colleagues are tracking time on them. If they are using the Pomodoro mode, you will also see how long time until break. So you know when it is okay to go and interrupt them without breaking their flow. You can also filter your board to only show tasks where team members are currently tracking time. Open Filter and select Timer users for the User filter. This feature is also available in our [mobile web app](. Avatar improvements [Custom avatars] We have now made it possible to use text as your user avatar. Use your initials, or something else that is easily recognizable for your team. Configure text and background colors. Alternatively, you can now also directly upload your own image. You don't need a Gravatar account anymore. To change your avatar, click on your name in the top black bar and go to Personal settings. Then click on Change avatar. Time log [Time log] Open a task and you will now find a new tab called Time log. There you will see a detailed list of time that has been spent on the task. You see when the time was spent and which user that spent the time. In the tab you can also manually add time and associate it with a specific date. New task look and feel [New task look and feel] We have made some changes to the task design on the board. With the new design, icons have a more consistent position and will not change how the text flows. Attach files or photos on mobile app [Attach files on mobile app] You can now upload files directly from your phone. To upload a file, tap on the task and open the Actions menu. Tap on Upload file. Pick an existing file or take a new photo. This is a premium feature. Other improvements - Timer: Quickly start the timer by right-clicking on a task and then click "Start timer" - Pomodoro statistics: It is now possible to show statistics for all your boards at the same time - Import: You can now specify column and swimlane for each imported row Try Premium for Free You can try the premium version for free for 14 days.
