If you are using Forecasting, you can now control how the task color impacts the forecasts by ignoring certain colors or using different weights on different colors. We have completely redesigned the administration pages. We hope you will find an improved user experience. New Features & Improvements Improved administration pages The administration pages have been redesigned. You will hopefully find an improved user experience and better performance. The goal was to make the administration interface cleaner and require fewer clicks to perform common tasks. The previous design could easily become cluttered if you had many boards. The current board is now shown at the top of the administration menu, since you often want to make administrative changes to the board that you are currently viewing. We have not removed any functionality. If you have trouble locating a feature with the new design, please contact us. Recycle bin Deleted a task by mistake? No worries. You can now restore them from the Recycle bin. You find the Recycle bin by clicking on the icon with 3 lines in the bottom toolbar. For free boards, tasks can be restored within 24 hours of being deleted. For premium boards, they can be restored within 30 days. Color weights for forecasting Have you tried to use Forecasting and felt that the result did not quite match what you expected? For some boards, the time to complete tasks of different colors can vary significantly. For example, a Bug (red task) can be fixed in a fraction of the time it takes to add a Feature (yellow task). To get more accurate forecasts when planning your work, you can now choose to ignore or assign weights to specific colors. To get help with setting weights, you can use historic time spent data to automatically calculate good values. To show the report, click on Reports in the bottom toolbar. Then click on Forecasting. This is a premium feature. Set default responsible You can now set default responsible for new tasks. It is also possible to set the default to be the user who created the task. To configure, go to Administration -> All settings for the board. Then click on Task settings. Other improvements - Mobile: Create boards on the mobile site - API: Change the order of tasks using the API - Webhooks: Subscribe to added comments - Filter: Show only tasks that don't have a due date Try Premium for Free You can try the premium version for free for 14 days. No credit card required and no obligations. Just click on Get Premium in the bottom right corner of your board and you can start the premium trial there. You can downgrade back to the free version at any time. If you decide to continue with the premium version, the price is $5 per user and month. Questions? We are happy to help you.
