Freshen up your baking soda and baking powder. They do, in fact, go bad. 2. Buy cans of pumpkin puree. Sure you can make it, but where's the time for that? 3. Precut parchment sheets. (I really love these) 4. Check on your brown sugar, it might be hard as a rock. I love adding these to my brown sugar to keep it fluffy. 5. Stock up on these Guittard Chocolate chips (for [dads browned butter chocolate chip cookies]( 6. Check the freshness of your flours – all purpose, almond, cake, and bread are on regular rotation in the 'ber months. 7. Re-stock cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, cardamom, and vanilla.
