As an adult who has been living that school life for quite literally my entire life, I have some insight to help everyone survive the school year. [Continue reading Let It Be Sunday, 482! at Joy the Baker.]( [Read in browser »](

3 recipe ideas for all those summer tomatoes, 5 weeknight dinner ideas, and I'm sharing how I prep my fall baking pantry. We made it to September. Question: Did we survive? If youâre barely hanging on, please know youâre not alone. Is it that some planet is in the microwave? I couldnât tell you. I can only report that weâve made it to the month of ripe garden tomatoes, warm baking, and back-to-school season. We Wrote A Children's Book! (We is me and Dad!)

My Favorite Holiday Recipes
-Coming Fall 2024- While everyone was swimming in pools or going to Italy (Seriously was everyone was in Italy this summer?), I was dreaming up the perfect holiday cookie tin and I'd have it no other way. There's something so rewarding about putting your hard work into something physical. Something you can hold. What a dream to be able to make these magazines for you, for me, for us. 5 (of my very favorite) Weeknight Dinners I'm ready to replace my cold, lemon-y summer salads for a warm White Bean Soup. [Pumpkin Pasta Dinner with Sausage and Goat Cheese]( How I Prep My Fall Pantry 1. Freshen up your baking soda and baking powder. They do, in fact, go bad.
2. Buy cans of pumpkin puree. Sure you can make it, but where's the time for that?
3. Precut parchment sheets. (I really love these)
4. Check on your brown sugar, it might be hard as a rock. I love adding these to my brown sugar to keep it fluffy.
5. Stock up on these Guittard Chocolate chips (for [dads browned butter chocolate chip cookies](
6. Check the freshness of your flours â all purpose, almond, cake, and bread are on regular rotation in the 'ber months.
7. Re-stock cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, cardamom, and vanilla. You don't want to be mid cookie dough without them. This is my favorite Vanilla if anyone is asking. Have you met Team Joy the Baker?
