Hey, {NAME}. I'm continuing an experiment I started last week. Below is a list of the videos I've published during the past week that you may have missed and links to them. I mix in at least one of each platform I'm using. I hope you find this useful! 1. How to Get Higher Quality Leads from Your Lead Forms I often hear complaints about the low quality of leads advertisers get from Facebook lead ads. While the reputation is deserved, there absolutely are things you can do about this to make it much more likely you'll collect quality leads. WATCH: [ON YOUTUBE](=) 2. I'm Experimenting with a New Way to Set Up the API I'm actually pretty excited about this. I've been searching for a new way to set up the API for a while now that works well with the events I set up in Google Tag Manager, and I may have found the solution with Zaraz. WATCH: [ON INSTAGRAM]() 3. A Rant About Meta Verified I can't hide it. I am not a fan of the Meta Verified business model. I explain why in this little rant. WATCH: [ON FACEBOOK]( 4. Meta Announces a New Ads Product (Sorta) This was pretty typical Meta. A couple of new ads products were announced, but very few details were given in that announcement. The product I focused on here is Local Inventory Ads. Sounds interesting... Sorta! WATCH: [ON TIKTOK]( 5. It Was Any Parent's Worst Nightmare If you've followed me for long, you may know my story. I can trace much of what has become my purpose and core values to the experience of my son's cancer diagnosis 20 years ago. I tell that story briefly here in a snippet from my appearance on The Innovative Founder podcast. WATCH: [ON LINKEDIN]( 6. The Similarities Between Business and Baseball Here's another quote from that appearance on The Innovative Founder. You may know I was a baseball coach for 16 years, and I often draw comparisons between the experiences of kids in baseball and what we go through as adults in business. WATCH: [ON TIKTOK](=) 7. I Took Google Bard for a Spin, and It Wasn't Great Talk about a let-down. I was excited to get access to Google Bard, but I was so disappointed in the results. It's obviously still so early and it can and will improve. But this was not a great start. WATCH: [ON YOUTUBE]() 8. How to Get Your Eye Level Right in Videos It's one of those things that I didn't pay attention to in the beginning when creating short-form videos, but I make it a priority now. I explain why and how I do this. WATCH: [ON PINTEREST]( 9. You Do Not Need to Maintain Eye Contact Throughout Your Videos I've realized more lately that not only is it not necessary that you maintain eye contact throughout your videos, it may actually be a better experience -- both for the viewer and the person in the video. By breaking that eye contact, it can make it more conversational. WATCH: [ON INSTAGRAM](=) CREATE YOUR FIRST VIDEOS If you are inspired by these videos, it's time to get started yourself. I put together a training to walk you through all of the important lessons I learned during the past six months. There are a lot! Get started here: [( This training will help you gain confidence in creating short-form videos and help you assemble a strategy and process. You'll learn about recording, editing, software, equipment, and so much more. I hope you've had a great week! If you have any questions at all, don't hesitate to ask.
