Hey, {NAME}. Six months ago, I was in a difficult place. My business was stuck while marketing was changing. I could no longer afford to be stubborn and resistant to change. It was time to evolve. I knew that I was late to the game, but I couldn't allow myself to be any later. I needed to embrace short-form video marketing. The reason is obvious to me now and wasn't as obvious then. Back then, I only knew that I needed to try something different. But now, I see clearly that people consume content differently now. People have different expectations of content. And the connections that you can make with video far exceed anything you can do with a blog post. But to get started, I had to accept some things. It was going to be frustrating. I would create some really bad videos. It was going to feel like a waste of time for a while. It was this acceptance that allowed me to overcome those difficult days. It was all part of the process. I had a purpose. My output and results would improve slowly, but I couldn't get there without creating and remaining committed. Initially, I mostly did it because I knew I had to do something different. But within a couple of months, the lightbulb went off about why this was so important. First, it happened once. Then twice. Then again and again and again. Repeatedly, I heard from people who signed up for memberships or booked one-on-ones that they did so because of my videos. Not because of any single video -- and none of them sold anything. It was the overall approach. I've recorded and published more than 260 videos since I started, including at least one per day in 2023. There is beginning to be a noticeably stark difference between my initial videos and my recent ones. I've added new equipment, sure. But I'm also getting more confident and comfortable with the camera. And that, truly, may be the most difficult part for most of us. Putting yourself out there and talking on camera feels unnatural at first. But, I'm starting to have fun with it. I'm sharing my story with you because I understand how important this pivot was now. While I was late, I also know that I was still earlier than the vast majority of business owners and marketers who still haven't gotten started. I want to help. And because I've been through all of the things that are holding you back, I know that I can help. I went outside of my normal subject matter to generate a training because this is so important. I created The Short-Form Video Blueprint to help get you on the right path. If you're still struggling to get started and need some basic structure regarding how to do it, I'd love to have you join me on this journey. Get started here: [() I took more than two months to build this course, and I'll add and refine a bit over the coming weeks. But I'm really proud of this content. You can view a sample lesson here (it's Lesson 1): [() There are 37 lessons in all right now. Each lesson consists of a written tutorial, video tutorial or examples, and the occasional assignment. I cover just about everything, but here's a sampling: - The equipment that I use - The software that I use - Editing videos - Lighting - How I add captions with CapCut - Video frequency - Video length - Publishing strategies - Measuring success - People to follow on TikTok - More, more, and more... This is the blueprint to get you started with short-form video. You'll gain the confidence and clarity needed to start recording. Since this is outside of my typical subject matter, I'm also offering this training at a lower price than most of my Facebook ads training courses tend to be. [JOIN ME HERE]() If you have any questions at all, do not hesitate to ask. Otherwise, enjoy your weekend! Cheers, Jon P.S. PHC - Elite members get access to this training as a benefit of membership. Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
