Over a foot of rain fell in many areas, and the entire Tampa Bay area was under flash flood warnings last night. Millions of residents evacuated ahead of the storm. The unnamed juvenile was arrested when he and suspected terrorist Nasir Ahmad Tawhedi met with an FBI asset in rural Oklahoma to purchase assault rifles and ammunition.
