The bill goes now to President Biden’s desk for his signature, allowing the money to start flowing overseas. The final vote on the package was 79-18, with 15 Republicans voting against it. It includes $[61 billion earmarked for Ukraine](, some of it structured as forgivable loans. Israel gets $26 billion, but $9.5 billion is carved out of that for humanitarian aid to Ukraine and Gaza, a measure Democrats insisted on. The package also requires TikTok’s Chinese owner, Bytedance, to sell the social media app or see it banned in the U.S. The company has up to a year to comply. Clear is an expedited security company that charges members $189 a year to verify their identities at airports and escort them through security, allowing them to bypass TSA checkpoints. The new bill seeks to [block Clear from using general security lanes]( because it angers travelers who see those customers cutting in front of the line. The bill doesn’t prohibit Clear from operating security lines separate from other passengers. GOP state Sen.
