Spoiler: It has everything to do with YOU. It’s time to dive deeper into who you really are, {NAME}. We’re realigning you with your foundation. Brick by beautiful brick. That’s why we started with the [Goal Digger Planner](=), so you could map out a much clearer vision for each area of your life in a realistic way. With two little kids and an entire life to live, I’m allll about realistic. ;) Speaking of getting real, I want to dive into the real work of becoming. ([If you want to press fast forward and start that work, click here!](=)) After years of living and observing, I’ve noticed this habit humans have: when we want to change, we add a new system. We have roles where we wear multiple hats. We juggle responsibilities until our arms fall off. We stack all the supposed-tos and expectations on our shoulders and try to live them all out… until we burn out. And I don’t think we mean to do this. I don’t think we really want to. And I believe the real work actually begins when we learn how to strip all the excess away. When we get back to the core of ourselves, quiet that noisy world, and ask ourselves better questions. So, where do you start? That’s actually the question that crossed my mind a couple years ago when I was wrestling with the theme of my first book. I had stories written in a Google doc, I had ideas flowing in multiple directions, and I knew I was circling in on the main ‘heartbeat’ of it when I kept describing the book as ‘the friend who asks you, ‘how are you…really?’ Because I realized that we could have all the solutions in the world, but we’d never know what to do with them if we don’t know who we are. Really. In the realest, messiest, most vulnerable way. Knowing ourselves means we get to write everything else with truth. When you know your why, it affects everything else you write with your life. You know, without a dang doubt, that everything you get to do is coming from your real self, desires, and vision for your life. And that feeling? It’s unmatched. And that’s why I want to put the book I wrote in your lap, so you can answer that question, “How Are You, Really?” for yourself. Through stories and guided questions, I’ll take you by the hand as we walk through what makes you tick. What drives you forward? What holds you back? What wakes you up in the morning and what impact do you want to have in your community? I 100% believe everyone must start with these questions. It’s time to come back to yourself and your vision for your life in the pages of [How Are You, Really?]( It’s not another self-help book you’ll shove onto your bookshelf, or a bunch of supposed-tos, or “get over it and move on” advice you already know and don’t need. This is a conversation with your best friend and mentor who gets it—all in one. And when you answer the questions inside the pages of my book, you’re going to hear your voice answering, not mine. You’ll create a vision for your life that is unmistakably YOURS. And it’s on top of that that we can build the rest of your dream! And wow, it’s going to be a good one. [image]( [ORDER HOW ARE YOU, REALLY? TL;DR: Before you look to grow your life, your goals, your vision—we have to lay the foundation… which isn’t an easy process. But that’s exactly why I wrote my book, [How Are You, Really?](—to help you come back to your most authentic self (in all areas of your life!) so you can build on top of that. This isn’t a business book; it’s a ‘before you do anything else, do this’ book. Grab a copy for yourself so we can spend time getting that vision of YOU super clear before we head onward.
