a mental reset before summer! Do you feel that, {NAME}? I’ve had a bit of a weight on my chest

a mental reset before summer! Do you feel that, {NAME}? I’ve had a bit of a weight on my chest this week (and I’ve heard from others lately that I’m not alone!) because I think we need a pause + check-in with ourselves – especially about how quickly time just trickles on by. I blinked and now we’re at the end of May! I sometimes feel my head spinning with how it’s summertime again up here. The girls are growing like weeds. I’m trying to be slow and intentional about soaking up these beautiful days, and no matter how slow I get, the calendar pages keep dropping. I’m not mad about the passage of time, but if I don't actually pause, I can't fully process how I'm feeling and what I need. So, I figure, if I’m not the only one who needs to pull life’s car over for a second to catch my breath and check in with myself, then it’s possible that the thought process that helps me through this can help you, too.❤️✨ Here’s what I’m asking myself today: 1. How’s my energy? Is anything draining too much of it? 2. What do I want this next season to feel and look like? 3. Is there anything stressing me out or taking up a lot of my brain space? 4. What action can I take now to balance out my time and energy better? 5. Are my routines working for me, or do I need to shift them? 6. What have I been craving (in life, creativity, work, relationships, and wellness)? I try to keep this as simple and honest as possible. Sometimes just ONE of those questions helps me find the answer I didn’t know I needed to realign with myself. And a quick reminder before I hop off the computer and head out for a walk (outside is often where I do my best thinking!)—it’s never shameful to need this realignment. Ever. We get off balance because we’re human. And my bet? It’s because you’ve been caring about others and takin’ care of business! So, now it’s your turn for a check-up. :) I hope whatever June brings is exactly what you need!! ✌️ Jenna [Unsubscribe]( Jenna Kutcher 440 N Barranca Ave #4227 Covina, California 91723 United States
