I didn't build my creator business very efficiently. Some readers of this newsletter have actually been with me for 5+ years â and back in 2017 when I started writing (a daily newsletter, by the way) I didn't really know WHO or WHAT I was writing for. That began several years of meandering around, figuring out who I help and how I help them... So if I were starting over today, I'd ask myself one question: ð What is my unique Message? Your Message is a mixture of: - Your unique beliefs
- A specific customer avatar you serve
- A transformation you promise to help that avatar achieve Your Message is what attracts your avatar to you. It's what makes YOU stand out in a sea of others. When you have a clear, unique message, it's like a magnet for the people you're trying to attract. If I were starting over today, I'd spend the majority of my time honing my message. Making sure it's strong, unique, and even has a [Spiky Point of View](=).
