It's not what you think ?

It's not what you think                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 July 16, 2024 | [Read Online]( Why I changed brokers this week It's not what you think [Options Trading Blueprint » $2,000 Small Account Journey]( Most traders change brokers for lower commissions. Not why I changed mine this week. Let me explain. I love to swing trade penny stocks. By definition, that’s a 1-4 day hold. Like MFI, which I alerted on a Tuesday afternoon in June. Wednesday morning, at 6:01am EST, I was up 179% or $11,350.50. Results not typical. Trading is hard. Nothing is guaranteed. Not a bad swing trade, right?! The problem? While most brokers start trading at 4am EST, my broker, Charles Schwab, doesn’t open until 7am EST. Same with E*TRADE, Robinhood and Fidelity, trading starts at 7am EST. Back to MFI. At 7:01am EST it was trading in the $2.70’s, down from $3.54, seen above, just an hour earlier. For me that was over $4,000 difference in just 1-hour! Results not typical. Trading is hard. Nothing is guaranteed. Then, just last week Monday into Tuesday, same damn thing! I bought 25,000 shares of MYNZ at $.48 and held overnight. The next morning, before 7am EST, it hit $.75 on news and I was up 56% or $6,750 in profit. By the time I was “allowed” to trade it was at $.55. Results not typical. Trading is hard. Nothing is guaranteed. Another $5,000 left on the table! Listen, 114% overnight or $7,265 in profit overnight, GREAT trade. 14% or $1,693 on MYNZ overnight, also a GREAT trade. But as you can clearly see, over $9,000 was left on the table just because I couldn’t trade before 7am EST. So this week, after about 7-years at TD Ameritrade, now Charles Schwab, I moved to Centerpoint. Like Interactive Brokers and Webull, Centerpoint trades from 4am EST - 8pm EST. Why on earth all brokers don’t do the same is beyond me. Now let me be clear, I’m an early bird. But I’m not looking for new trades at 4am EST. But if I’m up nearly 200% on a trade before 7am EST, like MFI as at 6:01, your damn straight I want my profit and a cup of coffee. Results not typical. Trading is hard. Nothing is guaranteed. And because I do a lot of swing trades in [JasonBondPicks]( (see coupon below) this will likely keep happening. Moving brokers is easy nowadays. I can’t justify the disadvantage anymore, it’s happening too often. I’m happy to teach you how to find these penny stocks. I’ll even alert you before I buy and sell. [Click here to join JasonBondPicks]( for only $497 $297 when you use coupon code: SAVE200 I’ll be alerting a few new swings Wednesday afternoon. Don’t miss em.
