Todayâs date was set when Ruddock last appeared in the Home Circuit Court in September. Ruddock is accused of slashing the throat of Taneka Gardner during a church service on October 17, 2021. She was found dead on the church premises, along with a man identified as Michael Brown who was said to also be a member of the church.
