You can view a PDF of the application questions [here](). - Tip 2: Get started on the benefits audit and employee survey with Quantum Workplace. Once you submit your application to Inc., you’ll need to complete the benefits audit and employee survey. You’ll receive an email from Quantum Workplace within 2-5 business days of submitting your application with instructions for the audit and the employee survey. Both must be completed by February 23.
