A massive deployment is underway for our Animal Rescue Team following the devastation of Hurricane Helene. [The Humane Society of the United States]() [A dog peers out of a flooded house in Cuba after Hurricane Helene]( {NAME}, Our Animal Rescue Team is deployed to multiple locations across the Southeastern United States to help people and animals in need following the absolute devastation caused by Hurricane Helene. In Cocke County, Tennessee we are transporting 40 dogs and several cats from a local shelter to safety to accommodate the influx of animals displaced by the hurricane. In nearby Unicoi County, we are assisting a shelter that was completely flooded and destroyed. [Please rush a lifesaving donation to our Emergency Animal Relief Fund today!]( [Save Lives]( We are also on the ground in Madison County, Florida distributing essential pet food and supplies to affected communities and their beloved pets. Additionally, we are setting up a mobile veterinary unit in Taylor County, Florida to provide critical veterinary support for pets in need during this difficult time. This is a huge undertaking for our team and your support is needed now more than ever!
