Created by [E5 Living](, the 399 square metre state-of-the-art Mediterranean residence boasts spectacular sea views that have influenced its geometric architecture and sleek glass facade. Superior interior luxury is realised in chic modern furniture and a clean minimalist approach. White walls, plenty of light and high ceilings make perfect gallery space for a covetable collection of contemporary works by Damien Hirst, Andy Warhol, and Banksy. The artwork injects lively bursts of colour over three floors of seamless spaces that each pull toward the panorama. Villa Anguli’s geometric architecture projects at a sharp oblique angle from its built-up base on the hillside. This irregular form allows the villa to absorb glorious sea views through the entire width of its sleek glass facade. An original, wide slatted roof design enhances the geometric nature of the architecture and shades the interior from the strong sunlight. The wide swimming pool design stretches the width of the villa, disappearing abruptly beneath the oblique wing. A high perimeter wall privately separates the villa from the road. At night, the exterior lighting scheme ignites excitement around the terraces and tiered grounds of the villa. Glass balustrades invisibly border an elevated walkway into the villa from the pool deck, leaving the vast windows of the facade unobstructed. Taking a dip in the swimming pool whilst looking out over the bay feels just like diving into the bright blue sea itself. Cap Andritxol headland rolls in the distance. An outdoor living room is arranged on the pool terrace, to make the most of the excellent Mediterranean weather. Inside the luxury villa, an interior living room unfolds with a double-sided lounge and a formal dining area. The interior plan pales within the spectacular architectural manipulation of space and light. Sunlight streams through clerestory windows that frame artistic views of the roofline and skyscape. Retractable walls merge the indoor-outdoor living experience to embrace the island’s beautiful climate. There is peaceful harmony between the views and interior distribution.
