This is the story of a stressed-out business owner I know. Let’s call her Busy Boo. Your result

This is the story of a stressed-out business owner I know. Let’s call her Busy Boo. [Group 935] {NAME}, This is the story of a stressed-out business owner I know. Let’s call her Busy Boo. Busy Boo is a lawyer with her own private family law practice. She got divorced a few years ago, and because of her mediation, negotiation, and empathic strengths, she was able to reach an agreement that both she and her partner felt was fair and reasonable. Since then, she’s been passionate about the idea of helping other couples reach divorce settlements founded in fairness, empathy, and mutual respect. This was the driving force behind her decision to open up her own practice. She’s been at it for just over a year now, and she’s proud of how far she’s come since quitting her job at a corporate firm. Last year she hit five-figures in revenue, and this year she’s aiming for six! She loves doing the work of sitting down with a couple and helping them reach an agreement, and she’s damn good at it, too. But lately, she’s been worried that she won’t be able to hit her revenue goals on divorce settlements alone. So she started offering $500 uncontested divorces. She figures she’d get more customers because of the low price. She also hasn’t been saying “no” to any potential clients that come around. Can you help with adoption? “Sure.” What about child support? “Yeah, okay.” And estate planning? “Umm, okay, I suppose…” In other words, Busy Boo is pretty much saying “yes” to everyone with a pulse and a wallet. She’s feeling exhausted, stressed, and confused. She’s not as fulfilled by her business as she used to be, but she doesn’t know how to follow her passion and achieve her revenue goals at the same time. Busy Boo is NOT alone in this struggle. I’ve heard countless stories like hers from other clients at this stage of business growth. On the Hello Seven Growth Scale™️, we call this stage Hello 03: Busy Bee. At this level, you’re probably making around $4,000 - $8,000 per month in your business, or anywhere from $50,000 to $99,999 per year. According to the US Census, just 7% of women-owned businesses in the U.S. are at this level. And in my experience, one major reason that so many business owners stay stuck at this level is because they’re not solely focusing only on work they’re great at, and as a consequence, they have way too many offers. They’re afraid to choose one and really lean into their passion. And instead of saying, “this one main thing is the work that will make me millions,” entrepreneurs at this level end up selling multiple offers and serving many different kinds of clients. This means the work they provide is neither unique nor exceptional, it’s burning them out, and it’s slowing down their momentum and revenue growth. Like Busy Boo and her $500 uncontested divorce offer — maybe she can do this work efficiently, but it doesn’t exactly light her heart on fire, and she’s not fully utilizing your gifts. She’s just coasting along. So to all my Busy Boos out there, this is my solution for you: you HAVE to identify your zone of genius — the work you’re truly passionate about and naturally exceptional at — and ONLY work in that zone. When you do this kind of work, you get into a flow state, lose track of time, and unique, incredible work just pours out of you. This is what you can do unlike anyone else. This is your Gift. This is the work that will make you millions. And this is the work your main — and only — offer should be based on. Simplifying your business model so you can only work within your zone of genius is the key to scaling your revenue without burning out. So, what are you a genius at? What do you really enjoy doing? Go do more of that. If you need some help identifying what you’re best at, you can take assessments like DiSC, Clifton Strengths, and Kolbe. Then you can use the data to help you devise an offer that allows you to work in your strengths. If Busy Boo would just pour all her energy into helping her clients with their divorce settlements, she would find clarity and purpose, and incidentally, a fuller bank account. And if you’re at this Busy Bee stage of growing your business, this is probably true for you, too. If you’re not sure what stage of business growth you’re at, [take the Growth Scale Assessment.](113/d2M4P904/VWZ03029bXT_W3f0B9s4RPS_QW58c1_750HM8DN5r_RQG3lSbtV1-WJV7CgHwGW1hyJ7l4W96FrW1gn67B6jB7jgVH5NsM6LQfDWW1k0HdJ9l8QN0W2K-v_k2Fkhk4W2KF6zq46DHsNW12vPJD21GPzZN5Dp_LWZ1srSW7Y7qv34_BgNGW2Lmjbm8FGpRQW94CMT76BhMQYW1pz6x725Wq3mVd-FtY9hxBm5W2f_9g_3BJXTyW6B2S161jh-6KW3g8C0417_7JPW4XZX2135XXBCW14KLMr5Qw4S9W5VnJjw2LfQwmW4CLtgf5TC_sK3j_51) Your results will include a diagnosis of the biggest problems in your business, and provide your next steps to solve those problems and scale to the next revenue level.
