But is it really worth the hype? âThese mushrooms are said to provide a variety of health benefits, including increased energy, improved cognitive function, and enhanced immune function,â says [Julius Cermak](, naturopathic herbalist and holistic healthcare provider. He adds that theyâre also rich in antioxidants, which can help the body protect against free radical damage. Sounds great, right?
