Hi boss, and thanks for joining Hattrick.
I'm guessing you're eager to meet the players and get started, and you'll get to pretty soon now. But the Hattrick Football Association has some administrative tasks to take care of first, like finding a vacant spot for you in the series system and so on.
So, it may take a little while before your team is ready - you know how it can be dealing with association bureaucrats. But as soon as your team is ready and the Club Directors have accepted that you'll take charge of the club - you will get a new mail.
You can reach the match order interface from the Matches page, under the "My Club" caption. If you need any help with your lineup you can ask me for a suggestion in the order form. You may also find the ratings predictor helpful, which you can use to analyze your ratings before kick off.
