Â Over the past decade I've started and stopped some well-known programs and this is the most well thought out and delivered program I've ever been a part of. I've been taking the most copious notes I ever have and putting it into action. Â Linda is one of the best teachers I know who creates her content in a way that's easy to consume AND to then implement and get results. Â My journey actually started with my friend Amanda, who first told me about HHHL. Â And my friend Jo's been working on creating connection and stay back with her and seeing a huge improvement, last week was her horse's first time walking with someone else and not trying to bite them or walk over them! Â The point is, what Linda teaches and what you'll learn in HHHL, WORKS! Â It works if you're just starting out. It works if you're already pretty good. It works if you had bad experiences in the past and are nervous to start again. It works as long as you put in the effort and follow the steps.
