Let’s just say science is getting creative when it comes to boosting your gut health. {NAME}, I

Let’s just say science is getting creative when it comes to boosting your gut health. (See inside.) {NAME}, I love digging through health research. 🤓 And there’s one unusual study I’d love your opinion on. Ready? It turns out, biologists in Massachusetts have discovered an unusual approach to weight loss and digestive health. But it’s not for the faint of heart. See, research has shown that the gut bacteria in a slim person is very different to the gut bacteria in someone who is overweight. And it made experts wonder:  What if you could take gut bacteria from a lean person… …and give it to someone who struggles with their weight? Well, that’s precisely what these Boston researchers did. (Brace yourself) By using freeze-dried poop pills. Yep. Our poop contains the same bacteria that live in our gut. But eating poop for the sake of some “good bugs” would be completely gross, right? So researchers figured freeze-dried poop pills might be an effective workaround. Now in order to test this theory out, mice were used as test subjects. They were split up into 2 groups: - The first group was given poop pills from chubby mice  - The second group was given poop pills from slim mice And both groups were fed the exact same diet. The result? The mice who received “overweight bacteria” got fatter while the mice who got “slim bacteria” stayed lean.1 Pretty wild. So why did this happen? Well, the “overweight bacteria” caused extra fat storage in group 1, whereas the “slim bacteria” led to smoother digestion and a faster metabolism in group 2. And while this study may be a bit out there... It just goes to show the importance of having a healthy gut full of good bacteria. So, I’m curious to know what you think, {NAME}. Let’s say these skinny poop pills were made available in the future... Would you be willing to try them for better health? Or is freeze-dried poop just a step too far? Simply hit reply and let me know. I’m very intrigued to see what you think! Looking out for you, Steven Gundry, MD [Steven Gundry, MD]( P.S. Since poop pills aren’t widely available just yet (the FDA is skeptical, to say the least), there’s another easy way to support better digestion and a healthier gut: Probiotics. (The beneficial bacteria your body needs to thrive.) That’s why I created our industry-leading probiotic formula, [24 Strain Probiotic.]() It’s a great way to prime your gut with 24 specialized probiotic strains — each designed to help optimize your microbiome for a stronger, healthier body. Just something to keep in while the jury’s still out on freeze-dried poop pills :) Okay {NAME}, talk soon!  Sources 1. Kanwal J.
