Triple your impact for guide dog teams. Give now.]( Friend, My family and I take great pride in being Guiding Eyes Puppy Raisers. For nearly 10 years, we've been filled with joy by the six incredible puppies who have imprinted themselves on our hearts forever. One of our recent puppies, Tahoe, a cheerful and affectionate yellow Labrador, has a personality that lights up every room. He has a remarkable gift for staying calm and confident, no matter the situation, and makes fast friends with everyone he meets. So, it came as no surprise when Tahoe was chosen for Specialized Training. This year, he proudly graduated as a guide dog, ready to take on his new role alongside his partner, Ken. The bond we build with each puppy is so special, and although it’s hard to say goodbye when each dog leaves our house and returns to Guiding Eyes for training, the fact that they are going on to perform a life-changing service makes the whole process worthwhile. In addition to the wonderful dogs we’ve raised, we also have bonded with Guiding Eyes graduates who have told us about all the important things they’ve been able to accomplish with their guide dog by their side. Friend, the foundation of love and care that Guiding Eyes dogs get during puppy raising is crucial to becoming exceptional guide dogs. We can’t emphasize enough how rewarding it’s been to be Puppy Raisers. Having such exceptional dogs at home with us – socializing them and teaching them early skills they need to succeed – is so heartwarming. That’s why we are excited to announce that Guiding Eyes is offering dedicated supporters exclusive early access to our Giving Tuesday triple match! [Right now, thanks to a group of generous donors, online donations up to $150,000 will be MATCHED 3X to help us hit our goal of connecting more life-changing guide dogs with the people who need them the most.]( Friend, I’ve seen firsthand how important Guiding Eyes dogs are. They dedicate their lives to service, giving those with vision loss the gift of greater independence, freedom, companionship and confidence. [Make a tax-deductible donation of $50 or more now to have TRIPLE THE IMPACT to raise, train and place exceptional guide dogs with those who need them.]( Thank you so much.
