turn a cold, lifeless list into one that’s red hot and ready to buy in a matter of weeks. ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ Hey, Bryan here,  “My email list won’t buy from me.”  When clients come to me with this excuse (because that’s what it is—an excuse), I prescribe a simple solution.  It doesn’t involve getting new, warmer subscribers onto their list.  Or doing some kind of complicated “list hygiene” scrub to increase deliverability.  Because the reality is there is almost never a problem with your list itself. The problem is with the emails you’re sending your list.  See, most people think they need to be sending over-the-top, incredible content every single week. 10,000-word blog posts. A professionally produced podcast. An in-depth video series.  But there are two problems with that approach.  - It’s wildly unsustainable for most people. Which means you end up never sticking with your content plan.  - It’s also wildly intimidating for most people. This means some people never end up getting started in the first place.  So when it comes time to promote your products or services to your subscribers, you’re like the college kid who only comes home to visit mom when he needs a load of laundry done.  That’s why I prescribe a content plan that’s simple enough for literally anybody to implement successfully.  It’s called the “Instant Engagement” Playbook, and it can turn a cold, lifeless list into one that’s red hot and ready to buy in a matter of weeks.  Here is what it looks like:  - The first week of the month, you send a “Resource List” email. The Resource List email is exactly what it sounds like—a list of interesting resources (like articles, podcasts, videos, etc.) you recently discovered and a quick sentence on how each one can help your audience.  - The third week of the month, you send a “Behind the Scenes” email. This is an email where you quickly share one interesting observation you’ve made in the last month about the topic your list is based around. Even if you’re “not a writer,” I can give you templates that will have you cranking this email out in under an hour.  That’s 2 emails per month total. Each one is simple. And they help you build the kind of trust that makes buying from you a no-brainer.  Skeptical? Check out this example from our client Helen. Before we gave Helen the Instant Engagement Playbook, she was having trouble consistently getting new coaching clients from her email list. After we helped her implement it, this is what happened: This simple, twice-a-month content plan was the “tipping point” for a $5k client who had been sitting on her list for an entire year. That’s the power of having a proven plan + coaching and accountability to help you implement it. And here’s the cool thing... When you become a client, we give you our internal playbooks for EVERY growth opportunity you should be taking advantage of, from email content, to webinars, to lead gen, and beyond. Then, we personally coach you through implementing them, with 1:1 feedback and guidance on every single step—not to mention accountability that keeps you on track with your goals. In fact, we’re so confident in our ability to help you get results that we guarantee your business will generate at least $10k in additional revenue in your first 90 days as a client.
