[View in Web Browser]( Happy 4th to my fellow Americans. Today I’ll be having drinks with friends, eating ribeyes, and blowing stuff up. Tomorrow, we’ll all go back to work. But there’s a difference between the work my pals NEED to do… And the work I GET to do. I love my 'job'. The freedom to choose what I do, when I do it, where I do it, and who I do it with is unbeatable. Every day I GET to write, create valuable products, and get paid to share it with you. When I don’t work, I get bored and anxious. Because being useful to other people is what makes me happy. (The money ain't half bad either.) You see… A “freedom lifestyle” isn’t about passive income and working as few hours as possible. The only people who want that are looking for an escape from reality. They haven’t found work that lights them up yet. A true "freedom lifestyle" is having the ability to CHOOSE. Look at any successful person you admire. Are they on vacation every day? Boozing and schmoozin? Spending all hours of the day farting around with family and friends? Maybe if they’re retired. But certainly not in their younger years. There's no purpose in that. They're working on something that lights them up. Now, I know it’s a holiday, but I challenge you to do ONE thing today… Write down what you’d love to get paid to do. Imagine you had the freedom to get paid for whatever you want. Write that down. For me it’s creating products, writing emails, and talking to customers. If I can wake up every day and get paid to do that, I am WINNING. So it’s your turn. Write it down. Then if you’re feeling brave… Hit reply and tell me what it is. I’d love to hear from you.
