Hey {NAME}, Happy Wednesday! I’ve got some exciting news to share. We’re launching a new sister company to Groove in the next 30 days, and I wanted you to be the first to know. First and foremost, this new company doesn’t change the ambitious roadmap and goals we’ve set for Groove. We’re committed to keeping Groove as a fairly priced, easy-to-use email management, knowledge base, and help desk platform. We’ve got some impactful updates coming, including optional AI features, custom fields, and enhanced reporting based on your feedback. Groove is a steady solution you can rely on and our focus remains on supporting and enhancing your operations, not replacing your team members. As someone passionate about building support tools, I see an opportunity to use AI in a new way. Right now, I’m looking for feedback. If you’re interested in AI chatbot deflection for tier 1 support, I’d love to hear your thoughts. In June, we’re planning to chat with 500 customers and prospects about the new company before its official launch. If you’re a CEO, Founder, Co-Founder, Head of Operations, or Head of Customer Support, I’d love to reveal the new brand to you on a Zoom chat and get your feedback on our direction. Just hit “Reply” and let me know. I’ll send over my Calendly if you’re interested in a follow-up. Thanks! Alex Founder & CEO, [Groove](=) P.S. I'm also starting a new AI customer service podcast for CEOs & Founders. If you're interested in chatting about the future of customer service in AI, I'd love to have you on the show! Don't want to hear from us? You can [unsubscribe here](.

Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
