Of course, we can't rely on past data to work like a crystal ball — but it's something to keep in mind Additionally, we have Jobless Claims on Thursday, and the Employment Situation report Friday morning.. It's otherwise a light week for earnings with Nike (NKE) being the only big name reporting (Tuesday after the close). As far as stocks I love this week... Well, here's the No. 1 stock on my fundamental scan as well as Newton (my momentum indicator): Howmet Aerospace (HWM). I’ve been talking about this stock a lot all year, and I expect that will continue. They are in the aerospace industry (similar to GE) and have been trending higher all year long — up 85% YTD. Other stocks that are very highly ranked right now are: • Progressive (PGR) • ResMed (RMD) • GenDigital (GEN) • eBay (EBAY).
