About a month ago, I reached out to all you cousins in The Familia asking for suggestions for our third charity partner in this year's Round Down for Charity event. If you're new around here or missed that email, let me catch you up real quick... Every year after our Thanksgiving sale wraps up, we celebrate the holiday spirit by doing something that means a lot to me personally - we call it Round Down for Charity, man. You know how a lot of places ask you to round up your purchase for charity these days? Well, I figured we could do something different here. Instead of asking you to chip in extra, you just buy what you need and want, and Cheech and I will handle the donation part. That's what Round Down for Charity is all about. Thanks to your suggestions over the years, we've built amazing partnerships with organizations like Toys for Tots, bringing joy to kids during the holidays, and A Place Called Home, helping young people in South Central LA achieve their dreams through education and mentorship. But this year, I wanted our third charity partner to come straight from you cousins. After all, you're the ones out there in your communities - you know better than anyone which organizations are really making a difference. You all sent in so many amazing suggestions for charities. The stories you shared and the passion you showed for helping others really proves what I've always said about our Familia having the biggest hearts around. But man, after reading through all your emails, one organization stood out as a pretty clear winner - St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. For those who might not know, St. Jude is doing incredible work. They're leading the way in how the world understands, treats, and defeats childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases. And the coolest part is that families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing, or food. That way, all a family has to worry about is helping their child live. Some of the responses you cousins shared about St. Jude really touched me... St Jude’s is the lonely one I donate to. You don’t have to worry about legitimacy and it’s for the kids!!! Scott G, Missouri How about St. Judes Children’s Hospital. They provided free medical care for children and a place for parents to stay while their child gets the care needed. They also do not use donations greedily. You money goes 100% to the charity and not administrators Debbie B, North Carolina Yo, Tommy! My family has supported one amazing organization which is instrumental in saving the lives of children afflicted with cancer and other insidious childhood diseases. That organization is St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. My mom was a nurse who spent her years working in the Children’s ICUs in Atlanta area hospitals and her commitment to saving the lives of children struck down with childhood cancers and other serious childhood diseases. This commitment has led St. Jude’s to be our family charity and I feel that there is no cause more important to all of us than helping children navigate the treacherous roads of childhood illnesses. So please consider making St. Jude’s one of your organizational charities that I am quite sure everyone will support. Thank you Michael B, San Francisco Hi Tommy, I think St. Jude's Children's Hospital would be good. They allow children with cancer to go even if they can't afford the treatments. As long as they have what they can treat. I know if I had a child with cancer, I wouldn't want to have to think about what it would cost to heal my child. I can concentrate on my child rather than worrying on how I'm going to pay for the bills. Dawn H, Houston So starting today, we're kicking off Round Down for Charity, and here's how it works: When you place any order on [CheechandChong.com]( or [GetChongCBD.com]( during the entire month of December, you'll get to choose which of these three amazing organizations you want to support at checkout. Then at the end of the month, our tech whiz down at HQ will count all of the votes, and give a proportional donation to all three charities as a piece of ALL sales this month. Again, you don't need to do anything extra - just place your normal order and pick the charity that speaks to you. I'll make sure a portion of those sales goes directly to your chosen charity. Keep on keepin' on, Peace and love, [Tommy Signature] Tommy Chong   [Facebook]( [Instagram]( Don't Want These Emails? All Good Man!
