One of the things I've always loved about cannabis is that it's natural and ancient, (increasingly like yours truly...) but it's not static. For example, did you know that the pot I smoke today is basically the same as the stuff that they burned over graves in China 2000 years ago? People have been lighting up for millennia, man. (Or if you ask the kids down at the office, just about as long as your Uncle Tommy has been alive...) It's pretty crazy when you think about it. Makes me think of the green with a lot more reverence (and that's me we're talking about, so that's saying something!) But even as old as pot is, nowadays there is some really cool science going on in this industry. See, when I was a kid, when we heard some guy was like "experimenting with pot" it just meant he smoked too much of it. Like, a "pot scientist" was just a guy who didn't have a job, so he had all this free time to experiment with different soil types and lighting setups. But now that cannabis is losing some of its stigma, and folks are getting more and more comfortable and open talking about it, we're actually able to innovate! There are now tons of very well paid scientists (PhD and Harvard types, go figure), figuring out how to do very interesting things with cannabis. It's pretty cool to live long enough to be part of it, man! Take our friend Dr. Clark for example (This guy's like the Einstein of cannabis, I swear). Did you know that the nano-emulsification process Dr. Clark perfected that allowed us to create our nano-CBD (aka, [Good Vibes & Nice Dreams]()... Is the SAME process that now allows us and all kinds of other companies to create THC-infused drinks like [High & Dry](? In fact, there are competing groups of scientists and manufacturers who argue about the most effective method to use to create nano-emulsions now. (For real, if you wanna make your eyes cross, Dr. Clark told me to google "Sonication vs Homogenization in cannabinoid emulsification"... How's that for a topic dryer than my mouth at 4:30...) For the record, apparently we're team homogenization, in case you were curious... But hey, to each their own. And no matter which way you slice it (the scientists reading this are laughing their asses off right now at my very clever pun...), without that process, there would be no THC beverages. And for that matter, even gummies and edibles like [Cruise Chews]( would have to be something like three times more potent to have the same effect. It's incredible when you think about it. The technology behind Good Vibes and Nice Dreams doesn't just stop with us. It’s the backbone of so many products we love today. And honestly, I didn't think I'd be seeing this kind of energy in my lifetime. So, next time you kick back with our products, know that you're enjoying a blend of age-old tradition and cutting-edge science. Both ancient and brand new, all in one sip or chew (how about that rhyme, man?) Keep on keepin' on, Peace and love, [Tommy Signature] Tommy Chong   [Facebook]( [Instagram]( Don't Want These Emails? Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
