In case you missed yesterday's email, we're celebrating the start of the world's biggest (and maybe longest lasting) shindig, Oktoberfest, with our PARTY sale on [cheechandchong.com](. Now, your Uncle Tommy's never been much of a drinker. But I sure do dig the spirit of Oktoberfest. I mean, a whole festival dedicated to food, fun, and good times with friends? Count me in, man. If you read yesterday's email, you'll know that I went down a big ol' rabbit hole learning about Oktoberfest (like I usually do). And man, I just couldn't resist sharing some of the crazier tidbits I dug up. First, did you know that in its 200-year history, Oktoberfest has only been cancelled 24 times? Mostly because of wars and cholera epidemics. I mean, if it took a cholera epidemic to stop the beer from flowing (temporarily), what chance did prohibition ever have, man? Then today (on the first day of the festival), the whole shebang can't even start until the mayor of Munich shouts "O' zapft is!" That's German for "It's tapped!" He then has to offer the first mug to the Minister-President of Bavaria. Talk about pressure (imagine if he fumbled the mug) And did you know who once worked as an electrician and helped set up one of the beer tents back in 1896? Albert Einstein, man! I wonder if he ever thought about the relativity of time when you're waiting in line for the bathroom after a few steins... Anyway, even if you can't make it out to Munich (I'm assuming that's most of you cousins like your Uncle Tommy), you can join in on the fun with me and Cheech during our PARTY sale. We figure [High & Dry]( is the perfect way to join in the Oktoberfest spirit without the hangover or the extra calories. So, if you want to party like it's 1810 (but with better plumbing), use code PARTY at checkout on [CheechandChong.com]( or [GetChongCBD.com](to save 30% and get free shipping on High & Dry and all your other favorites. Keep on keepin' on, Peace and love, [Tommy Signature] Tommy Chong P.S. Oh, and I got a good chuckle out of this. Did you know that Paris Hilton is permanently banned from Oktoberfest? Apparently one year, she showed up in this flashy outfit to promote her own brand of canned wine. The locals were so offended, they got the organizers to give her the boot. I guess in Bavaria, they really do take their beer seriously!   [Facebook]( [Instagram]( Don't Want These Emails? All Good Man!
