You know, I've got a new way of keeping track of time these days. I'm calling it the "Tommy Text Timeline." As you know, it's been a minute (or has it been a month or two) since I had a chance to pop in and send you an email, man. Tommy's been on my case about writing more emails to you cousins. He's been blowing up my phone at least once a week about it. You'd think we were still on tour or something! And every time Tommy hits up my phone about writing more emails to you cousins, I figure that's just about another week gone by. By my count, it's been... hold on, let me check my phone... holy frijoles, has it really been that long since the last sale I ran? At this rate, I'm gonna blink and find myself writing our New Year's email, man. I mean, isn't it crazy how fast time is flying this year? Case in point, I walked into a store looking for some new Levi's (you know how I feel about my 501s), and bam. I'm already being hit with Halloween decorations and Christmas trees. What gives, man? It's barely September, and they're trying to skip straight to December. I haven't even finished my summer carne asada, and they want me thinking about turkey and tamales already? It's like everyone's in such a hurry to get to the next thing, you know? But remember when each season felt different? When fall actually felt like fall? Now it's like we're living in that Adam Sandler movie with the magic remote. (Spoiler alert: it doesn't end well for him, man.) I think we oughta make a point to bring that back, at least for ourselves. So here's what I'm thinking: let's make a pact to slow down and enjoy this season. Take a deep breath, maybe indulge in a little "Cheech & Chong approved relaxation technique" if that's your thing, and just... be present. Speaking of which, I'm also wondering - what do you cousins like to do when fall rolls around? Maybe you've got some killer recipes for that special pumpkin pie. Or a secret spot where the leaves turn just right. Hell, maybe you're one of those people who gets excited about pumpkin spice everything (no judgment here, man... well, maybe a little). Whatever it is, I want to hear about it. Hit reply and let me know your favorite fall activities. I promise I'll read them... eventually. Probably when I'm supposed to be writing another email that Tommy's bugging me about. Be good, Cheech   [Facebook]( [Instagram]( Don't Want These Emails? All Good Man!
