I recently wrapped up a 5-day price increase campaign for my [Profitable Imprinting Sequence](=) system... (it now costs $500) And on the last day, I decided to do something ballsy. I decided to send not 1, 2, 3, 4... 5... or even 6... But SEVEN (7) emails on the last day of the promo! Yepp, 7. (Which gets even more hardcore when you consider that I almost sent TWICE as many emails on the last day than during the previous 4 days combined!) So why did I do this? Because based on previous data, more emails on the last day = more sales. Simple as that. So that's why I've been routinely sending 3 or 4 emails in typical promos... But 7? That seemed a bit "too much" even to me. But at the same time, I was like: "You know... why not give it a try? What's the worst that can happen?" So I sent out the first email at 8:00 am, Eastern Time... And the last email at 11:00 pm, ditto. And guess what? I made close to 60% of my TOTAL sales during the last 8 hours of the entire 5-day promo! That's pretty crazy... if you think about it. 60% of people waited till the very end, despite me emailing them for 5 days. Now look... This doesn't mean all those previous emails were for nothing. They were still strategically important in "shifting" people's beliefs... And slowly shaping their decision. But still... This just confirms once again that not sending at least 3-4 emails on the last day of an email promo sequence (or launch) is a BIG mistake. "But Csaba, what about unsubscribes and people marking those emails as sp@m?" Great question, {NAME}! Despite the segment for this promo being around 2900 people, I only got 17 unsubscribes... And ZERO (0) "Marked as sp@m" Now sure... Click-through rates were a bit lower than usual... But that's expected when you're sending so many emails about the same offer. All in all, I'm happy with the results... And once again, it was validated that more emails on the last day = more sales. And if you do it in an elegant way... (which is exactly what I teach inside The Profitable Imprinting Sequence) People will go along with it. Something to think about.
