We made solid progress to our goals ahead of our FEC deadline on the 16th, but we’ve slowed down considerably since then. We owe Ruben an explanation as to why. And, honestly, we don’t have one. We can’t point to anything that explains this slowdown. This race is as tight in our internals as it ever has been. We’re lagging the GOP in ballot returns. There are still wide swaths of undecided voters, and we’ve got a ton of advertising and outreach that has to be paid for. And President Obama himself was just in Arizona to remind everybody how urgent the situation is. To put it bluntly, we’re pretty stressed out.
