They give you free, tailored, written advice answering your questions.   Unpaid parental leave changes A reminder that from July 1, employees have greater flexibility when accessing unpaid parental leave. The changes support recent changes to the [Paid Parental Leave Scheme](, and are part of the Protecting Worker Entitlements amendments to the Fair Work Act.
