We've made some updates to My account and there are some steps you need to take to continue accessing it.   Update your details To continue using My account with your saved information, you need to re-register. It's a 3-step re-registration process: - [Re-register for My account]( using the same email address as your current account. This is important to ensure you can continue to access your saved profile. - Verify your email address and set a new password. - Verify your phone number by SMS or a phone call. [Screenshots of registration process] Your registration details, previous and current enquiries, and any information you have saved in My account, will still be available.     What's new in My account With the launch of our new website in October came a [new look for My account](. You'll now notice improvements to the homepage and navigation including a new 'Alerts and important updates' section which features information relevant to your profile and interests.  My account also has a new address. We've redirected all our links but you may need to update any bookmarks you've saved in your browser. The introduction of multifactor authentication adds a layer of security that helps to protect your My account data and provide peace of mind. Each time you log in, you'll need to verify your identity with a code that we'll send to you via SMS or via phone call. Online learning centre users Our Online learning centre has now changed to a faster solution. Your learning history and completion certificates have not moved to the new system.  You can find more information about these changes in [our news item](.
