[View the online version]( [Australian Government - Fair Work Ombudsman](   We're making some changes to our online services [Icons of an envelope, padlock and phone] Hi {NAME},   We’ll be updating some of our online services in the coming weeks. Here’s what you need to know and do to prepare.   Online learning centre - save your learning history now You’ll soon be able to access all of our online courses from a new online learning centre that will be faster.     This change means you’ll no longer log in to the Online learning centre via My account.    If you have a learning history or completion certificates saved in My account, they will not move to the new system. You may wish to save your own copy before 25 February 2022.    To save your learning history, log in to [My account]( and go to your Training page. From here, you can:   - print or download any completion certificates  - take a screenshot or note of your training history, including completed and in-progress courses  - finish any courses you have in progress, if you’d rather not start again later.  Read more about the Online learning centre changes in our [news item](.    My account We’re making improvements to the My account homepage and navigation, and have added a new ‘Alerts and important updates’ section.   We're also introducing multi-factor authentication for added security. If you have a My account, you'll soon be asked to re-register for My account, which will involve verifying your email address and phone number. Find out more about the process and what to expect in our [news item](.   Library You'll continue to be able to access all of our Library articles, but you might notice some changes to the search and commenting functions.    [Read more](   Regards, Fair Work Ombudsman   [Copyright](  | [Disclaimer](  | [Privacy](  | [Unsubscribe](     [Twitter](    [LinkedIn](    [Facebook]( [www.fairwork.gov.au](
