MUSCLE FOCUS WOURKOUT DETAILS Intermediate, Bodyweight, No equipment, 9-11 minutes EXERCISES - Clapping Pushups - High Knees - Burpees - Mountain Climbers [Face Theseus]( Shirataki beef salad This tangy and tasty salad makes use of low-carb Japanese shirataki noodles for a great post-workout meal. 25 minutes Shirtaki beef salad This tangy and tasty salad makes use of low-carb Japanese shirataki noodles for a great post-workout meal. 25 minutes INGREDIENTS - 5.25 oz lean beef (steak or fillet) - 5.25 oz shirataki noodles - 1.75 oz mixed salad leaves - 1/4 sliced cucumber - 1 grated carrot - 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro (coriander) - 1/2 bunch fresh mint - 1 spring onion - 0.75 oz fried onions - 2 tsp sesame oil - 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce - 1 lime (juice) - Optional: fresh lime juice, chili flakes DIRECTIONS - Pluck cilantro and mint leaves from sprigs and mix them with salad leaves, cucumber slices, and grated carrots. Slice spring onion. - Cut meat in 2 cm (1 inch) thick strips and heat sesame oil in a pan. Stir-fry the beef on high heat for 2 minutes then add soy sauce and lime juice. Leave to cook on medium heat for approx. 5 minutes. - In a pot, bring water to a rolling boil. Cook shirataki noodles according to package instructions. - Add noodles to pan and combine with meat and sauce. Top salad mix with noodles and meat. Sprinkle with spring onions and fried onions. Season with lime juice and chili to taste.
