Hey {NAME},  I just turned in a big new video sales letter script to one of my clients on Monday.  It took me several weeks of intense focus to get it done on time. And I’m expecting to get back the first round of feedback and edits soon, too.  So I’m trying to take it easy and give myself some downtime to recover in between. Since I want to make sure my mental batteries are recharged when I need to get back to work again.  Which is why I’m going to keep today’s email to this short update. That way, I can make sure I can shut down my computer, start getting dinner ready, and make sure I’m on track to enjoy an extra hour or so of sleep tonight.  And I hope that it serves as a good example and reminder that it’s important to make time to rest and recover. Otherwise, you’ll put yourself on the path to exhaustion and burnout.  Also, if you have any favorite recovery tips (or burnout horror stories) I’d love to hear from you. Just reply to this email — I read every one.  Until next week,  -Brian [Unsubscribe]( | [Edit your details]( Freelance Like A Pro PO Box 281 Bloomingdale New Jersey 07403 United States [Powered By Kartra] - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
