WAS: Washington set to hire Dan Quinn [Source: NFL Network - Ian Rapoport](=) Dallas Cowboys defensive coordinator Dan Quinn is expected to be hired as the Washington Commanders head coach, according to sources Tuesday, Feb. 1. Our view: Quinn gets another shot at being a head coach, and the Commanders go with another defensive-minded coach after moving on from Ron Rivera. Players love Quinn no matter where he goes, and that should prove to be the case in Washington. He'll work closely with newly-hired GM Adam Peters to rework the Commanders into a contender. With the most cap space ($73 million) of any team in 2024 and the no2 overall pick, they should be able to win faster than some think. [Back to Top](#top) [] 2. CLE: Kareem Hunt undergoes surgery [Source: ESPN.com - Jeremy Fowler]() Cleveland Browns RB Kareem Hunt (hernia) recently underwent sports hernia surgery to repair a ruptured adductor, according to sources. Our view: Hunt is a free agent this offseason, and last year's production with the Browns should garner him plenty of interest. While teams may not see him as a lead back anymore, Hunt is a proven player who can at least be an important part of a committee. In fact, we wouldn't be surprised to see the Browns keep him around where he could continue to work behind Nick Chubb. [Back to Top](#top)

DET: Lions hiring Terrell Williams [Source: The Athletic - Dianna Russini]( Tennessee Titans assistant head coach and defensive line coach Terrell Williams is being hired by the Detroit Lions as defensive line coach and run-game coordinator, per sources on Wednesday, Jan. 31. Our view: This is Dan Campbell's first hire of the offseason. Williams has been serving as the head coach of the American Team at this week's Senior Bowl. It's another quality addition to a staff that is set to take the Lions deep into the postseason again. [Back to Top](#top) [] 4. LAC: Quentin Johnston expecting big things [Source: ESPN.com - Kris Rhim]( Los Angeles Chargers WR Quentin Johnston believes he's 'due for a breakout' in 2024, he told reporters on Wednesday, Jan. 31. Our view: Johnston's rookie season started off slow, but he did flash towards the middle of 2023. He finished his first pro season with 38 catches for 431 yards and two touchdowns. In 2024, Johnston should work to be a larger part of the Chargers' offense which means Fantasy GMs should be considering him as a depth player with plenty of upside. [Back to Top](#top)

TEN: Titans hiring Tyke Tolbert as WRs coach [Source: NFL Network - Cameron Wolfe]( Former Chicago Bears wide receivers coach and passing-game coordinator Tyke Tolbert is being hired as the Tennessee Titans' wide receivers coach, per source on Thursday, Feb. 1. Our view: Tolbert is a quality coach, and he'll do good work for the Titans. He'll get to work with DeAndre Hopkins in 2024, but his work with Treylon Burks could be most impactful. TEN: Tennessee finalizing deal with Dennard Wilson [Source: Bleacher Report - Jordan Schultz](=) Baltimore Ravens defensive backs coach Dennard Wilson is finalizing a deal to become the new defensive coordinator for the Tennessee Titans, according to sources. Our view: Wilson was with the Ravens for one year after spending time with the Eagles as a defensive coach. Now, he gets to run the Titans defense in 2024.
