Plus we've got additional new content and of course the News and Notes you need. Let's do this. J SITE NEWS A. [Draft Dominator Mobile App Ready](=) We're back again with the Draft Dominator Mobile App for phones and tablets. This year's version is all new and completely updated. It's extremely customizable to your situation and scoring. But the killer feature is it's way more powerful than a static cheatsheet or the apps that essentially just cross a player off as they're selected. With the Draft Dominator Mobile, values are recalculated after every single pick taking into account position scarcity and team needs to adjust player value to the exact supply and demand forces that determine value. It's an unfair advantage. And we're ok with that. To keep our Footballguys Insider PRO Subscription price as low as possible, they are priced separately and sold in the iTunes and Google Play Stores. You can see the [iOS version here in the iTunes Store.]() And you know we have equal love for Android too. Check out the [Android version is here in the Google Play Store.]( And here's [the Footballguys page with info on both.](=) B. [Draft Dominator Online Ready](=) The Draft Dominator Mobile App is separate from the Footballguys Insider PRO and PRO Plus subscription. [DEN - Matt Paradis medically cleared](#10) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 1. [TB - WR Mike Evans not expected to have big spike]() Source: Florida Football Insiders - Roy Cummings Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR [Mike Evans](=) isn't expected to make a big jump in numbers with the addition of WR [DeSean Jackson](=). 'I'm not sure (how much better he can get) from a numbers standpoint, but Mike's confidence is at an all-time high right now,'' head coach Dirk Koetter said. 'And I think with Mike, like with a lot of our guys, the main goal is to win, not create stats. The goal is to win games.'' [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Even if he doesn't 'get better' he's still one of the best NFL receivers out there right now. We also wonder how much DeSean Jackson really has in the tank. At this point in his career, Jackson is a strict one trick pony - fast and straight - and it's not a trick which should limit Evans much. Evans will continue to be a guy going in the first round of most fantasy leagues as he is in early drafts right now. We expect good production even if it's not a huge leap over last year. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 2. [PIT - RB DeAngelo Williams open to PIT return](=) Source: ESPN.com - Jeremy Fowler Free-agent RB [DeAngelo Williams](=) (Steelers) said he is open to re-signing with the Pittsburgh Steelers. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Williams will happily go where he gets an offer, maybe even back for another pro wrestling engagement in the squared circle (where he was excellent, by the way). When not wrestling, Williams still looks like a guy who has a little left in the tank. However, whether with the Steelers or elsewhere, his fantasy impact will probably be low. He's a backup, and that means more than anything his value would be as a handcuff. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 3. [DET - TE Darren Fells could be used more]( Source: DetroitLions.com - Tim Twentyman Detroit Lions TE [Darren Fells](=) could be utilized more in two tight-end sets and see his targets increase in 2017. Fells could be utilized as a blocker more after the injury to OT Taylor Decker (shoulder) as well. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Not only will he see more time as a blocker, he'll still be behind Eric Ebron as the chief tight end receiving option. So we aren't expecting much from him in terms of fantasy point production. The Lions selected another tight end during the 2017 NFL Draft, a beast by the name of Mike Roberts. Roberts was a machine in the end zone during college, but we don't expect a ton from a rookie tight end. Ebron is still your choice, and he's a potential top ten tight end who is going off the board as the 14th tight end in early drafts. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 4. [TEN - WR Tajae Sharpe to be ready for training camp](=) Source: TitansOnline.com - Jim Wyatt Tennessee Titans WR [Tajae Sharpe](=) (foot) should be ready for training camp, according to head coach Mike Mularkey. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Sharpe was a starter during a portion of last season, but the Titans have a lot of other options so nothing is guaranteed. As anyone in the NFL can tell you the most important ability is availability, so he cannot afford to miss camp. Even if he makes the roster, we're not excited by his prospects. With rookies Corey Davis and Taywan Taylor, newly arrived veteran Eric Decker as well as Rishard Matthews, there are just too many bodies to climb over. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 5. [KC - Josh Mauga re-signs with Chiefs]() Source: Twitter Free-agent LB Josh Mauga (Chiefs) re-signed to an undisclosed deal with the Kansas City Chiefs Thursday, July 6, according to Mauga's agent. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Mauga missed all of 2016 with a torn labrum and has been a shaky piece of bench depth overall for both the Chiefs and his previous team, the Jets. We don't expect much of an impact from a fantasy standpoint either. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 6. [SEA - CB Jeremy Lane could start]( Source: The Seattle Times - Bob Condotta Seattle Seahawks CB Jeremy Lane is the favorite to start opposite CB Richard Sherman in place of injured CB DeShawn Shead (knee), according to Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times. Head coach Pete Carroll and defensive coordinator Kris Richards have given votes of confidence to Lane. CBs Shaquill Griffin and Neiko Thorpe are also in the mix at the position, with Griffin being Lane's main competition. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] We suspect Carroll will kick the tires on a ton of cornerbacks not just to find a starter across from Sherman but, if we read the tea leaves correctly, to perhaps find a potential replacement for Sherman in 2018. While things have been mellow between Sherman and the team the last few months, the tension is still there. Could they consider moving on? If Lane or someone else delivers, perhaps. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 7. [NYG - Andrew Adams at FS](=) Source: New York Daily News - Pat Leonard New York Giants S Andrew Adams is penciled in to start at free safety for now. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] A few things to keep in mind here. First, depth charts in early July don't mean a lot. Secondly, Darian Thompson is still rehabbing. We expect when and if Thompson returns to full health, he will get the free safety spot back. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 8. [NYG - Robert Thomas works with first-team](=) Source: New York Daily News - Pat Leonard New York Giants DT Robert Thomas has lined up with the first-team defense plenty this offseason. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Someone to look at. Offensive lines will be focused on the likes of Jason Pierre-Paul, Damon Harrison and Olivier Vernon, so the fourth man on that front line - perhaps Thomas - could find himself free and be very productive. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 9. [DET - Travis Swanson had a good year]( Source: DetroitLions.com - Tim Twentyman Detroit Lions C Travis Swanson allowed just two sacks and seven quarterback hurries in 12 games last season. He's entering a contract year in 2017. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Coming off such a good year, and angling for a new contract, is good not just for Swanson, but the Detroit offensive line as well. Keeping Matt Stafford upright is an obvious key to success for the Lions offense in the upcoming season. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 10. [DEN - Matt Paradis medically cleared]( Source: 9News.com - Mike Klis Denver Broncos C Matt Paradis (hip) has been medically cleared to practice and is expected to participate in most of the drills when training camp begins. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Matt Paradis had a tremendous season in 2016, and the Broncos are probably working on a long term deal for him as well. Getting him healthy is a the priority, so expect a slow roll out into camp and preseason. The team will make sure Paradis is ready for Week 1 with no stebacks. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- That'll do it for today, Buddy. Thanks for reading and thanks for being part of the Footballguys Family.
