Here goes: Does anyone else feel like the question "How are you?" is incomplete these days? I find myself adding a modifier, such as, "given everything" or "in these surreal times." It's such an uncertain and hard time, and understandably emotions are getting quite frayed for most of us. Which has led me to reflect often on how important kindness is--always, of course, but especially now, and not just to others but also to ourselves. Along these lines, I want to share an excellent post which my equally excellent colleague Jessica wrote a while back, [A Tribute to Kindness](. For me, it's helpful to be reminded that we've been through tough times before, and we can get through them again... together. And if you feel so inclined, I highly encourage you to follow the last link in the piece to "Pep Talk by Kid President", which is a light-hearted but inspirational little pep talk from a full-of-personality kiddo. :-) And despite the ongoing challenges, we'll continue to be here to support you in [your remote, work-from-home, or flexible job search]( as well as with thousands of [articles and tips]( [webinars]( and many other resources!
