I realized last week we sent out an email right before Hurricane Milton hit us… and then we went totally silent. I’m sorry about that, and I wanted to send you an update. First, we’re so thankful that we made it through safely. All our friends and family are okay, too. But our bathroom roof? Not so much. A branch came down like a dart straight through our roof into the kid's bathroom. Crazy, right? That’s the one room in the house without windows. It’s where we would've hunkered down if we hadn’t decided to go to my sister’s place to avoid the big oaks looming over our house! Luckily, that’s the extent of the damage. It can be fixed. We’re just getting things cleaned up, and last week was definitely a bit out of routine for us (thanks to everyone who checked in!). But now it’s time to get back to business—more eBay sales, more flipping, and more freedom! Speaking of which, I know many of you are thinking about finding ways to bring in extra income for your family. If you’re curious about how flipping could be that consistent, life-changing stream of income for you, we’ve put together a free workshop that lays it all out. Want to see if flipping could be a game-changer for your family? Check out the free workshop here and see if it's a fit for you! [>> Watch The Free Workshop Here <<]() Thank you again for all your prayers and support during the storm. We’re so grateful for this community! Let’s get back to flipping, Rob [Unsubscribe]( | [Update your profile]( | P.O Box 784162, Winter Garden, FL 34787

Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
