This week was a good week to be a flipper! I had a nice $6,000 Cha-Ching from an item I picked up from Facebook Marketplace a few months back. As many of you know, I love to find things while we are on road trips to more than pay for the trip - it's like a game to me. Plus it shows me that there ARE deals out there everywhere - from urban cities to the rural country! This one was no different. The day before we were headed home from a long weekend at my sister's cabin in Georgia, I checked Facebook marketplace for any stops along the way. Found this commercial dishwasher a few hours into our trip and picked it up on our way home for $350. "Ok Rob, If it was such an expensive unit, why did the seller sell it for so cheap?" I get that question a lot - and the answer is the market they are selling in. This seller (who was the nicest older guy and if he lived close we would be friends!) only had it listed locally. And since he was in a rural area, he was limited to his local market to purchase it. But when it's listed on a global market on ebay - there are so many more potential customers! I love our business model of high profit/low volume because we can now spend a lot less time in our flipping business and still have great payouts! If you're ready to see how you can make high profits without having to flip hundreds of items every month, this is your opportunity.
