I get that question a lot - and the answer is the market they are selling in. This seller (who was the nicest older guy and if he lived close we would be friends!) only had it listed locally. And since he was in a rural area, he was limited to his local market to purchase it. But when it's listed on a global market on ebay - there are so many more potential customers! I love our business model of high profit/low volume because we can now spend a lot less time in our flipping business and still have great payouts!
