[Things That Bear Repeating](#) If you're new to the Republic, learn the rules and get a sportscoat... You never know when you'll need it... Garrett {NAME} OCT 3 [Icon]( [Icon]( [Icon]([Icon]( Market Update: Volatility is up today, with concerns emerging around the Middle East as we move into the weekend. Overall, investors are still waiting for tomorrow’s jobs report. Keep a close eye on the 5,700 support level for the S&P 500. The markets are looking for a Goldilocks report tomorrow… Dear Fellow Expat: Our little Republic is an independent and profitable State of Mind. We plan to enjoy our lives in the years ahead. We attend to things that matter, like family and friends, and make money to survive the [reckless policies of the last 30 years](. We focus on buying opportunities when our signals turn positive… And turn to cash - long before the significant, negative events happen… [Like the Nikkei Crash just two months ago](. If we spend all our time worrying about American politics, bankrupted cities, social ineptitude, failed leadership, prattling moral betters, and things outside our control, we’ll miss what matters most. I refuse to do that - even as our political system hits another rock bottom. The next few weeks will likely be insane here in the United States. We'll focus on the things we can control and change. And toast to future memories and wins in the market. What matters: Ourselves, our health, and our wealth. Everything else is noise in this Republic. The opportunity to enjoy life - and that’s all possible - requires a basic understanding of what really drives the markets - and what is possible when you see behind the curtain. Here, we're digging deeper into the anomalies of the financial markets to help investors build their edge and manage risk. We're tapping into new ideas - like our recent [K Street Confidential report.]( So, as we continue to build a relationship, let's explore the best of the Republic. Our State of Mind… The Rules of the Republic… And… what you can expect in the weeks and months ahead. What You’ll Learn In the Republic This Republic is a resource for financial institutions, retail investors, economists, and anyone who wants an alternative view of what has really been driving the markets over the last three decades. [As I pointed out in painful detail a few weeks ago](, the markets run on capital, and they self-correct after major policy changes by central banks. This has been the norm since 2008… but accelerated in the 1990s in the wake of Long Term Capital Management’s collapse. We will explore that trend... Over and over... What else do you get from our time together? - Simple systems that aim to build wealth so you can sleep better at night by tapping into the strategies of the world’s most successful investors. - Free insight into the signals that drive the markets. Each day, we provide the Equity Strength Signals for the S&P 500, Russell 2000, and Nasdaq 100 for free using capital flow analysis and momentum oscillator analysis. (It's green today, but we're keeping an eye on key technical levels). - In-depth analysis of the most critical anomalies in the market to help you spot selloffs and rebounds: Momentum, Insider Buying, and Liquidity. We manage risk in the Republic first and attack as opportunities arise. - Insight into opting out of the status quo and a financial world rigged against your favor with available tools utilized by large institutions and family offices. - Fundamental and technical tools to help you improve your research skills and identify winning stocks in any environment. - How to spot bias in media, investing, and culture (and avoid it by adopting a Contrarian, Tactical, and Opportunistic mindset). - A survival guide for any market (Remember, no one is coming to save us) - In-depth analysis of the most important investment trends in the future and the factors that created the conditions today ([See our recent 1993 series](). - Frequent reports on incredible opportunities in the future. See our recent K Street Confidential report outlining an incredible U.S. technology monopoly. - A deeper appreciation for sportscoats and sandals… What is that Republic State of mind? As we’ve noted, the Republic is truly a state of mind, one that is dedicated to helping investors and traders reach their goals, top the market, and generate wealth and success in any conditions. The themes below are critical to our outcomes. - Put yourself first. Individualism is good. - Embrace Self-Discovery: Discovering your passions and strengths allows you to pursue a fulfilling life on your terms, fostering personal growth. - Embrace Financial Independence: Empower yourself with financial literacy and responsibility to gain control over your wealth and secure a stable future. - Master the present… Stop worrying about things you can’t control. - Prioritize yourself… Control your health, your wealth, and yourself. - Opt Out… Take advantage of non-traditional tools that provide you with better tax structures and financial outcomes. - Knowing none of this bullshit is our fault… If you’ve found yourself struggling in these markets for 30 years or you’re short on retirement, it’s not your fault. As I’ve written, this system has been designed for the wealthiest financial managers, not ordinary retail investors. It’s time to get back on track and finally use how this market works to your advantage. - Challenge Comfort Zones… Be contrarian and be ready to zig when others zag, even if you doubt your conviction. - Live with Purpose - find meaning, travel, discover, and embrace who you are or want to become - money can help you achieve that. - Be resilient: Learn to say no and set rules in place. The Rules of the Republic We have very simple rules in the Republic. Please read ahead. 1. We feel zero guilt about getting rich. Go, get wealthy. 2. Put money in companies that put your interest first… 3. Mind your own business and keep your hands to yourself. 4. No Gimmicks: We’re radically transparent about our top strategies 5. There is no freedom where debt pulls you down. Get rid of debt. 6. Always stay Informed and set aside time to study the markets. 7. Be Skeptical (Always Qualify Everything) 8. We trade like predators (we’re opportunistic). 9. Go macro to micro with every investment and trade 10. Buy on the Sound of Cannons. Sell on the sound of trumpets. We will continue our transition toward FinPub in the coming weeks, so be sure to check out the new platform and sign up for new authors as they arrive. We are building a movement and want you to be a part of it. I’ll have more on this in the coming weeks. Thank you, as always, for being a part of this journey.
